The student house Maastricht123 re-opened 1 January 2019, after a serieus renovation. It has now 1 luxury room with private bathroom and 12 spacious, modern furnished rooms spread over the ground floor and 3 floors. Each room has its own sink, a shower and toilet are shared per floor. On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen, with outdoor terrace and garden. There is also a shelter for bikes.
In short, Maastricht123 is a no-nonsense, modern student house with all comfort and a great location.
Our monthly rental prices include internet and utility costs (water, heating, electricity, etc.). We charge 1 lump sum at the beginning of the academic year for the common costs (waste, periodic cleaning of common areas) and municipal taxes.
