The student house Maastricht123 re-opened 1 January 2019, after a serieus renovation. It has now 1 luxury room with private bathroom and 12 spacious, modern furnished rooms spread over the ground floor and 3 floors. Each room has its own sink, a shower and toilet are shared per floor. On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen, with outdoor terrace and garden. There is also a shelter for bikes.
In short, Maastricht123 is a no-nonsense, modern student house with all comfort and a great location.
Our rents are always “all in” prices, which means that all costs are included. Only the yearly citytax of €80 is an additional cost to be paid.
